Lighthouse Links will allow everyone to travel safely, actively and at low cost between Lossiemouth, Covesea and Hopeman. Children could walk, scoot, skate or cycle to school; wheelchair and mobility scooter users will gain more freedom to get around; there would be a safe connection to local businesses at Covesea.
