Imagine beautiful, giant leaf sculptures catching rain while children experiment with water flow through pipes, pulleys and pumps. We’re creating a place where people grow food, share skills and support one another in close relationship with nature. This funding will create interactive rainwater collection systems making water visible and valued, improve access, renew our trusty potting shed, create outdoor learning stations and purchase a mobile unit for outreach. Children, families, growers and practitioners will benefit from learning through doing, developing growing plots and sharing know-how and wares. Together, we’re growing a caring land-based community restoring biodiversity and creating a more resilient future.
